With a BSc (Hons) in Technology and Management Sciences, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), trained with Coach University, member of the International Coaching Federation and qualified to British Psychological Society (BPS) Level B, Julie's professional background includes over 24 years' of change leadership and management experience.
After 4 years within a retail and operations environment, Julie then spent 12 years within professional services working for a major law firm. During this time Julie performed in a variety of senior and board level roles, initially as Training Manager, then as Organisational Development Director and latterly as Change Management Director. During that time the firm went through two major mergers and changed from a small regional firm into a top 20 national practice. In all of her roles Julie retained responsibility for leadership and partner development, building strong change leadership capabilities within the firm and leading major change initiatives herself.
Julie's last role for the firm was to lead the MBO of one of the legal divisions, funded by local venture capitalists as CEO. After successfully on-selling that business to a major insurance firm, Julie established her own consultancy business.
Over the past ten years Julie's clients have included corporate businesses including: Rexam, Mitie, Sodexo, Odeon, Lansinoh, Dyson and Callcredit. She has also worked for large and smaller professional services firms including: Addleshaw Goddard, Bond Dickinson, Kennedys, Muckle and LCF. As part of her interest in leading change, Julie also works for a number of start-up businesses and private equity funded growth businesses.
I am joined and supported in my work by a team of highly experienced and committed professionals.
As part of client assignments and relationships, we provide a number of trusted and qualified associates. Depending on the nature of an assignment, Julie will recommend a specific associate and always remains involved in and supervises the delivery of the assignment. This personal involvement ensures the quality and consistency of service and enables Julie to leverage her existing understanding of a client's organisation whilst facilitating the delivery of their needs.
