Typically a development will involve:

  • Confidential diagnostic discussions with the overall business leader and the members of the team to clarify the organisational agenda, and the needs of the individual within that
  • Facilitating a team event to enable them to better understand the current communication and relationships within the team
  • Presenting of the results of diagnostic discussions and providing relevant models and leadership best practice so as to enhance the team effectiveness
  • Challenging the team to work together as effectively as the business needs it to
  • Facilitating direct and personal feedback from the team members to the other team members to enhance collective insight
